Why Nutrition shouldn’t be so Complicated in 2020- Easy Eating made simple

Every week it seems like we are told different nutritional strategies. Don’t eat fat, don’t eat carbs, don’t eat meat!!!! It never ends! However what sound logic and reasoning can we use to clear up the muddy water? Well, we can find the things that all of us, no matter if your paleo vegan, keto, vegetarian or whatever, all have in common. Things like nutrient density should matter most-afterall that’s how we get “nutrition” is nutrients right. Well, what foods have the highest nutrient value? Fruits and Veggies! (Organ meats are also high in nutrients but try to get people to eat them really….) This video showcases the need for all to take a step back nd focus on balance and sound reasoning before we all jump on fad diets and trends for 2020. However, in the meantime, just make sure that your basing your nutritional choices off of sound reasoning and common sense. That way you can avoid the fads, and you can focus on getting your body in balance and in better health.
