Order Test

Please Follow all Instructions Carefully on the the Order Form and on Test instructions. 

Before Testing is Ordered You will need to submit all info on the Form to the left, and Submit Payment. Payment can be made Via Venmo or PayPal (<–simply Click on these links). If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me, and I will be glad to help you figure things out.

Upon submitting the Form to the left you will receive a Confirmation Email from me (not a robot) confirming that I am to Order Specific testing for you. You can also talk to me about different forms of payment through the confirmation email. Once Payment is received you will get an invoice and Agreement form from me.
