This is the easiest ketogenic low carb dessert I have found yet as Keto Diet Coach. Not only is it a great low carb treat, but it fits the macros on a ketogenic diet as well. Best of all, it satisfies your sweet tooth while in ketosis.
This guilt free dessert only needs two ingredients- Coconut butter, and Coconut flakes. Toast them in the oven while your making your awesome low carb dinner, and it will be ready for your meal time as well. This is great trick for anyone doing the keto diet, or dealing with type 2 diabetes that is trying to regulate blood glucose.
