Back to School Home-made Protein Bars

This is for all the Mom’s that are packing up Lunches, that are tired of wondering what’s in all the different protein bars out there.

Not only can the Protein Bars  be pricey, but also full of preservatives to make them shelf stable. So I decided to show how shockingly simple it is to make your own Protein Bars or cookies using some simple healthy real food ingredients. 

These are Gluten free, egg free, and sweetened with honey. There are many ways you can make these so it’s hard to screw them up. 

You’ll need the Following :

-Protein Powder 

-Oats

-Flax

-Cinnamon

-Salt

-Almond Butter

-Honey

-Coconut milk

-Toppings

Mix all the dry ingredients with a mixer, and then add in your almond butter, honey, and coconut milk (but just a dab). You will have to watch the video above to get the exact amounts :). I know I’m a turd!
