Feeling good Fasting- Lifting heavy weights- Testing Blood Ketones and Gluscose

Everyone always tells me, “Fasting!? Your crazy I couldn’t do that!” But the real point is that it is a part of our biology to Fast. In fact we have certain mechanisms built and designed in the body that are just for fasting. So I made this video to show people that you can not only fast but you can work, workout, play, travel, and heal while fasting. I started this fast because I am dealing with Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. And I read some studies on the effects of “Autophagy” and was intrigued that fasting could possibly help the situation. That and my wife is a huge advocate of fasting and she kept telling me to try it for my feet. And i have to say after almost 3 days of fasting, my feet do feel the best they have felt in a long time. At first they felt awful though….. You can also use fasting for type 2 diabetes, and insulin resistance. I have many clients that are off all diabetic medications from intermittent fasting and ketosis. You can also boost your immune system from fasting as well. Don’t believe me!
